not quite...happily ever after

sometimes I hate fairly tales for the lies they have fed me since childhood.

why can't we focus on real stories, instead?  
why must we train our children to have unrealistic ideas of and expectations for love?

    Sometimes, I love fairy tales for the hidden truths they have fed since childhood. Why can't we trust that if we do what we should, and stay the good guys, we will someday have our happily ever after?
